Hickory stripe, the uniform of steam-era rail crews, woven in Japan in a soft 10 oz denim that drapes instead of standing stiff. Nothing to break in.
Rail crews wore this stripe because it hid soot and grease between washes. By 1920 OshKosh was making engineer caps to match. Ours keeps the pattern and loses the stiffness.
